Action needed: Windows 11 upgrade
Microsoft will end support for Windows 10 Tuesday, Oct. 14. After this date, Windows 10 devices will no longer receive security updates or support from Microsoft. To ensure compliance with the , all GGC- managed computers must be upgraded to Windows 11.
Employees who received an invitation titled 鈥淭ime to Upgrade your Computer to Windows 11鈥 are encouraged to visit the Helpdesk to receive the upgrade.
To prepare for the upgrade to Windows 11, Information Technology recommends faculty and staff do the following:
