About
Biography
Dr. Kim Dula attended North Carolina State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. After graduating from NCSU, he was commissioned an officer in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a surface warfare officer and training division commander. Upon exiting the military, he entered the telecommunications and document processing industries, where he served in a number of senior-level positions involving training, systems engineering and operations management. He has served as a lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as associate dean of the College of Engineering and Information Sciences at DeVry University/Keller Graduate School of Management.
He holds the following additional degrees/certifications:

He currently serves as an accreditation/program evaluator for the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission of the American Board of Engineering Technology (ETAC or ABET), and his research interests include organizational behavior, change management and organizational/institutional effectiveness.
