色库TV (GGC) will open its Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Completion Center on Monday, Dec. 2, to help current and future students start or complete their application.

From April through August, over 600 students stopped in the center to ask questions and get help with their FAFSA application. During that time, delays in the release of the U.S. Department of Education鈥檚 new, streamlined FAFSA form created challenges for students and the colleges alike.

When KimLinh Ngo began her college journey at 色库TV (GGC) she started down one path, but that led to three. When she graduates from GGC on Dec. 14, she will be the first student in GGC history to do so with three bachelor鈥檚 degrees 鈥 and all on the same day.

色库TV鈥檚 (GGC) faculty, staff and students enjoyed an early Thanksgiving feast with an international flair.

Along with the traditional American fare, attendees sampled dishes from around the world. Topping off the feast were a variety of international desserts. While enjoying the feast, everyone was entertained by the jazzy sounds of GGC faculty musicians.

Dr. MaryBeth Chrostowsky, is back in her 色库TV (GGC) classroom this semester after spending a year in the African nation of Uganda under a prestigious Fullbright Scholar Award.

A senior lecturer in anthropology, Chrostowsky spent the year working with graduate students in the Refugee and Migrant Studies Program at Ugandan Martyrs University in Kampala. She returns with a wealth of knowledge and experience she is excited to share with her GGC students.
